Who This Is For

International Productions

International production companies, agencies, and brands bringing a project to Scotland who need a trusted partner on the ground. You bring the creative team. I handle everything else.

Most of my line production clients are US or European agencies and production companies shooting TVCs, fashion campaigns, or music videos in Scotland for the first time. They need someone who knows the country inside out, picks up the phone, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks.

FAQ

Common Questions

What's the difference between a fixer and a line producer?+

In practice, the line blurs. A fixer typically handles location access, local logistics, and on-the-ground problem solving. A line producer takes on full budget management, scheduling, crew contracts, and production oversight. I do both, depending on what the production needs. For smaller shoots, fixer services are usually enough. For larger productions with multiple shoot days, bigger crews, and more complex logistics, full line production makes more sense.

Do you work with international production companies?+

That's most of my work. US agencies, European production companies, and international brands make up the majority of my client base. I'm used to working across timezones, under international production contracts, and bridging the gap between how things work in your home market and how things work in Scotland.

Can you manage the whole production or just parts of it?+

Either. Some clients want me to handle everything from first recce to final wrap. Others have their own crew and just need me for locations and permits. I'm flexible. Tell me what you need and I'll scope it accordingly.
