Most of our line production clients are US or European agencies and production companies shooting TVCs, fashion campaigns, or music videos in Scotland for the first time. They need someone who knows the country inside out, picks up the phone, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks.
In practice, the line blurs. A fixer typically handles location access, local logistics, and on-the-ground problem solving. A line producer takes on full budget management, scheduling, crew contracts, and production oversight. we do both, depending on what the production needs. For smaller shoots, fixer services are usually enough. For larger productions with multiple shoot days, bigger crews, and more complex logistics, full line production makes more sense.
